Overview

My ultimate goal is to provide the absolute best experience and quality work to each and every client. In order to meet and exceed my goal, I have some terms and conditions.

I will not work over other nail techs work. Please soak off previous set before your appointment if it was not done by Nails by Tia.

No guests are allowed during your appointment. Space is limited and available for clientele only!

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at due at time of booking to confirm your appointment. Bookings are automatically cancelled if deposit is not paid.

Please cancel or re-schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

LATE/MISSED APPOINTMENTDON’T DO IT

  • Out of respect for my time and yours/other clientele, here are a few ground rules for tardiness:
  • A 10 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments
  • After 10 minutes, there will be an additional $10 fee added to your booking.
  • After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
  • NO CALL NO SHOWS- Failure to notify me that you need to cancel or re-schedule your booking can result in a ban from future bookings.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
